The event platform GatherTown is tested to support devices running on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. We recommend using Chrome and Firefox as browsers.
Exhibitors may choose between two basic booth layouts; those who fail to respond on their choice within the given time will receive a random assignment of either one.
Exhibitors may renovate and decorate their booth; any display of unlicensed material or stolen artwork is strictly prohibited.
Our tables are curated and NOT first come, first serve; we prioritise applicants who publish the kind of content our festival is looking for - original, independent, and narrative-like.
Any display or the sales of fanart or fanfiction is prohibited, we reserve the right to demand for the withdrawal of such material.
Exhibitors may redirect their visitors to other websites or payment gateways via hyperlinks; if the process involves any adult content, the exhibitor and website owners are responsible for warning the visitors beforehand and verifying the age of the purchasers.
Any trading activities between exhibitors and their customers are their own private matters; we take no responsibility for them.
Except during the opening hours of the event, or for the purpose of promoting one’s own booth, please do NOT publish any screen capture of the booths or the participants’ avatars.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or related to the goods they sell at their tables. Please be aware of your own risk.
When participating in video and audio conferences, please be respectful to one another just like in real life. This includes your manner of speech and choice of apparel.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone we deem uncooperative, and we don’t offer any refund on the ticket or the table in such case.
All personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of organising this festival.
Please contact our team if you have any question. In case of any dispute, the decision of Yun Hyun is final.

Offline Market Details
Our tables are curated and NOT first come, first serve; we prioritise applicants who publish the kind of content our festival is looking for - original, independent, and narrative-like.
Due to the limited quota for type B tables, we will first consider applicants who are in need of them. If you are unable to get one, we will assign you a type A instead.
To maintain a decent amount and a smooth flow of people, only TWO visitors are allowed to stop at any table at any time.
Any display or the sales of fanart or fanfiction is prohibited, we reserve the right to demand for the withdrawal of such material.
Given the exhibitor is already selling narrative publications, they may also sell related merchandises such as apparel, stickers, and pins. Please be reminded the tables should mainly be used for selling narrative publications.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or related to the goods they sell at their tables. Please be aware of your own risk.
All events are subject to COVID restrictions enforced by the government. Please see announcement for any changes to the arrangements.
Please do NOT vandalise. We need to give the place back clean and unchanged after the event.
Due to security concerns, exhibitors are not allowed to hang or stick things on the walls.
To protect the interests and rights of all parties involved, accepted applicants will be asked to sign an agreement with us. Please contact our team if you have any concerns over the terms by then.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone we deem uncooperative, and we don’t offer any refund on the ticket or the table in such case.
